En juin 2007, nous recevions dans Traffic Andy PALACIO, ambassadeur du Bélize. Il nous avait complètement subjugué par sa gentillesse, sa disponibilitité et son talent. Andy PALACIO est mort et j'ai la conviction que nous avons perdu un ami.

Il paraît que dans la tradition Garifuna, quand quelqu'un disparait on domine sa tristesse en se félicitant d'avoir eu la chance de l'avoir rencontré !

Pour autant à Traffic nous sommes profondément tristes.
