If you want to unlock certain people like kim for example(its another name but I forgot it) you need to have "For the Fallen" Achievement from GOW 1. The same for RAAM you need "A dish best served cold" achievment.

All the maps are an incredibly different experience on horde so it's hard to say. I finished wave 50 on security because the laser gates help. And the Day One maps has the hammer of dawn.

it's VVV Carbon, he did it under 24 hours getting 100 kills a minute. He did it on story where you are riding the brumak. Theres a part where you get 100 kills very quickly, and he just kept restarting it from the checkpoint.
