San Diego and New York...but San Francisco has Wonder Con. Also Wizard World which is a mini comic con is in LA, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago.

COMIC-con, the biggest one, is held in San Diego every year. New York, Chicago, San Fran, etc all have smaller ones. The big international one is San Diego in July every year
