thnx for the comment. it was when he was about to tour for his 'too close for comfort world tour' as a solo artist (post savage garden) i got to the short list of the final 6. weird thing was, at the audition kylie minogue & her band were rehearsing at the same studio. she sat beside me & ate her toasted cheese sandwich, i said a timid hey. i was like 'keep it together dude, look at yr charts, you want this tour'. i got to jam 3 songs with him.
You are one lucky git!!!!! That was so nice of him to call you in person like that as well. Commiserations on not getting through though
