  • It first aired on Grade's ATV network in England in the fall of 1965, and then in the U.S. on ABC's Friday night schedule [10-11pm(et)] in the summer of '66. 26 episodes were produced...

  • This was "spun-off" from a two-part "KRAFT SUSPENSE THEATER" episode, "The Case Against Paul Ryker" {October 10-17, 1963}, later re-edited into a 1968 theatrical feature, "Sergeant Ryker". Lee Marvin was "Ryker", and Peter Graves and Bradford Dillman played his military attorneys. In 1965, MCA/Universal decided to co-produce a follow-up series, starring Graves and Dillman, with Lew Grade's ITC, filming it in England....

  • Frank Cordell who scored the Charlton Heston movie, Khartroum, wrote the Court Martial theme. He's better known in the UK than he is over here.

  • @Reeldigger Tanks, this was issued on a vhs tape under the title sargent riker [ trying to make it appear to be a movie instead of a tv show the episode with lee marvin was he a hero or was he a maniac.]
