I said my quality is: "helpfulness" and so the opposite is that I don't like seeing either myself or others being "unhelpful". I see that unhelpful quality in some of my co-workers.

@CountDOODOO my understanding is that in duality we have both sides - sometimes generous, sometimes not and the trouble starts when you start forcing one at the expense of the other. Now you are trying to live up to an ideal and this builds pressure until you crack and/or wake up to the truth. Chances are that in your case, you are not always helpful and that sometimes even your helpfullness is an imposition and therefore potentially destructive or even violent.
