I loved this episode, definetly my favourite locked up/banged up abroad episode.
This one actually detailed the prison and its conditions, instead of the regular 20 minutes on how bad life was and how they loved their holiday, 20 minutes about how they got caught, 5 mins in prison and 10 mins on what they've learned from the experience.
I can't even imagine what it must have been like in that prison.

This is the biggest LIE I've seen in my life. I'm from Caracas, Venezuela and those signs that come up that say ESTACIONAMIENTO and TERMINAL 1 have never been in the airport. The cabs in Caracas are black cars that you wouldn't even be able to tell if it wasn't for the national guard sign pasted on each side of the doors. This video is the biggest BS I've seen in my life and whoever believes it is an idiot. That isn't even Caracas. Those mountains are not even El Avila.
That is because the show is not filmed in the places the incidents occur. Stock footage is used in order to enhance the story, in the same way that actors are used to play the characters. The credits even tell you that the footage is not real. they even clearly state that stock footage is used in the credits, look out for it next time :)

I'm from Valencia-Venezuela, and I remember when i went to Caracas to an university exam, it was near Petare (a big barrio in Caracas) the bus passed in front of the mountain full of "ranchos" i just thought, this is the ugliest thing i've ever seen. There are barrios in Valencia, but they are in flat land.

I loved this episode, definetly my favourite locked up/banged up abroad episode.
This one actually detailed the prison and its conditions, instead of the regular 20 minutes on how bad life was and how they loved their holiday, 20 minutes about how they got caught, 5 mins in prison and 10 mins on what they've learned from the experience.
I can't even imagine what it must have been like in that prison.

This is the biggest LIE I've seen in my life. I'm from Caracas, Venezuela and those signs that come up that say ESTACIONAMIENTO and TERMINAL 1 have never been in the airport. The cabs in Caracas are black cars that you wouldn't even be able to tell if it wasn't for the national guard sign pasted on each side of the doors. That is because the show is not filmed in the places the incidents occur. Stock footage is used in order to enhance the story, in the same way that actors are used to play the characters. The credits even tell you that the footage is not real. they even clearly state that stock footage is used in the credits, look out for it next time :)

I'm from Valencia-Venezuela, and I remember when i went to Caracas to an university exam, it was near Petare (a big barrio in Caracas) the bus passed in front of the mountain full of "ranchos" i just thought, this is the ugliest thing i've ever seen. There are barrios in Valencia, but they are in flat land.
