I'm probably way off but if you think about it in one of the previews Sylar is with a woman and when says 'so none of this is even real' or whatever and she is probably trying to manipulate him into helping her kill the rest of the heroes or gain power or something. I think Molly, who can track down heroes, can see him/her they were probably covered in darkness seeing as she calls him/her the boogeyman. Just my interpretation.
Keep in mind that if it's an illusion power, like Candice's, or a dreamweaver thing, the person in question might be able to genderbend with their power. Still, I've thought the same thing about the Boogeyman- Molly may have only got a flash of the person in question and assumed it was male. the woman between 00:53-00:54 is a princess in fuedal japan
the man at 00:54 is a kensai/samuri and could be hiros next enemy he faces(could be the kensai that hiros father told him about in the episode, Landslide)

From the looks of 00:29 to 00:32, it seems as though Claire is wearing the same white shirt as Peter, and Mama Petrelli has something to do with it..

nah dude, tim kring announced that Maya would be a season regular. they wouldnt kill her off that quick. The creator also stated that Maya and her brothers power are 'connected' in some way. Im guessing Maya and Sylar will duel off, things will get bad for her, but Mohinder will save the day but crushing Sylar with another painting :P

things i noticed:
ando is screaming out Kaito!(Hiros father) at 00:11
matt has healed from his wounds and he shoots an unknown figure at 00:15
there are two unknown figures behind matt at 00:13
DL might of died or might have been killed(which might explain his absence at Comiccon and in the preview), niki and micha might be mourning his death at 00:16
Nathan appears to be alive and has grown a beard

hiro is the one who dips the man with the glasses in the water at 00:26(which is odd because Mohinder was holding him up against the wall, and later he's with hiro in 17th century japan???)
at 00:31, it looks like the man in the background(possibly mohinder or mayas brother) is being telekinetically held back to the wall. this could mean sylar is there and there could be a duel between sylar and maya (new season regular)

at 00:37, you can hear a dark voice saying "i can see you" and he starts laughing
molly can hear the voice and matt is with her (could be the person worse than sylar)
I still don't know who is at 0:44 but it looks like a woman with a bit of mental problems
claire cuts off her toe at 00:47 (for some reason)
there are 3 figures whos faces I cant clearly see but the woman looks like hana at 00:48
sandra bennett is talking to noah at 00:45
claires new boyfriend is at 00:53

the woman between 00:53-00:54 is a princess in fuedal japan
the man at 00:54 is a kensai/samuri and could be hiros next enemy he faces(could be the kensai that hiros father told him about in the episode, Landslide)
Sylar is alive
And finally Peter is revealed to be alive at the end of the preview in some sort of concealed cage. His mother and brother still don't know he's alive

i mean to me it looks like peter is the one with amnesia cause you seen how he was locked up at the end if peter used his powers he could have easily broken out that container before or burn his way out

Peters hair is cut and i think he is wearing a plain white t-shirt like all captured SG's. Sylar had his hair cut too when he was captured by the OWI as well. Maybe a splinter group of OWI is still functioning?

ANOTHER thing i just noticed, tell me what you all think, at 00:31 mohinder definitely looks like he is being telekinetically held to the wall, COULD IT BE SYLAR?!?!!??!?! plus the new girl in front of him looks scared and is looking around. cause i mean mohinder is not just chilling on the wall lol his hands are up above his head and everything! please watch that part everybody!!! sylarrrrrr

ooh way to spot that crash. mohinder does look like hes being telekinetically held to the wall. You can tell because his back and arms are up against the wall and no one is holding him. Maya(Dania Ramirez) must of just walked into the room when noticing Mohinder. Maybe there'll be a duel between Sylar and Maya

It's possible, except him and the other girl are looking around frantically like trying to stay away from someone or something. But yes, his back is aagainst the wall and his body posture does look a little unnatural.

yep its molly walker and the guy at 00:54 is David Anders(Alias), he plays as a kensei/samuri in fuedal japan(the time Hiro teleported to in the season finale). And crashintoyoux3, the guy at 00:52-00:53 might be claires new boyfriend
