Real men use razors! (jk,jk :) I've been shaving my head with a Mach3 (triple blade) razor for at least 5 years and a double blade razor prior to that for 3 years or so. If you do it right, you won't have any problems, plus, you won't have that slight shadow ring around the head since it gives a closer shave.

Also, try Nivia aftershave. Much better than Gillete, imo.
