my opinion of both:

sonamy: a cute couple which might happen in the future. Its just tht sonic prob like her too but won't admit it and therefore treats her wrong and the rleationship hasnt blossomed yet.

Shadamy: There is a fair chance shadow cold like amy as he shows her gratitude for reminding him of maria when he was about to make a mistake he wouldn't forget. It may be tht to him amy is maria reborn maybe?

Shadow isn't the kind of person that dates or marries. Sometimes it annoys me when people ACTUALLY think he does... Also Amy doesn't even like Shadow to begin with!

On the other hand Amy LOVES Sonic, and has said more then enough times that's she want's to marry him. As of now Sonic may not love her, but at least they are good friends unlike Shadow. Sonic's feelings for her have also increased...
