I surely wouldn't consider that a "perfect espresso" and the Silvia is far from "professional style" You wouldn't know a real espresso machine if it was dropped on you.

Just a quick note that if you don't film in 1080p then encoding at 1080p will just make a bigger file, the quality is no better...
