How to STOP audio copyright on your video in HD

i uploaded a video in wich music started as video started..then i uploaded the same video with the same music,only this time i put a small 5 second intro created by me..and guess what this did not matched 3-rd party content..u should check this..i think its the solution

Help! Just uploaded a music video and didn't let me save the settings at first, but then it let me save my tags but it will only save a little of description?? There is one more 100% workable way to do this, when you see video blocked go to resolve copyright shit and pick second reason, then type:

"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

Yeah youtube does have songs but if you made your video fit to one song only there's no point in audioswaping. They got rid of my final fantasy video which was my first and it was set to one song only and youtube took off the sound. I disputed against it though but some jerkass tried to remove it.

thnx anyway, i gues i have found a solution to semi mute my video coz it has music and prohibited in Islam, so i made audio swap for the leat short sound 18 sec. and then the rest of the video as if it is muted, i will do the same for the rest of videos, but i wish if yt made it available for us to reupload another sound track for the videos we uploaded, instead of deleting those videos and reuplaod with a new sound track, thnx mate

Before u take down your vid, there is another way, just click resolve copyright and select option 2, there is a tutorial on youtube like mine, thanks.
