No idea. I live in Hungary, and the situation was the same here too, until 2009. Since that concert, they have been called back in 2010 and in this year too.

Oh, you are talking about the DVD... well, that's the fake one! They've changed the intro music on it, plus - if you haven't already noticed - they've cutted out Roll Baby Roll. So the DVD has been edited in many ways. If you listen carefully, in the end of the video you mentioned, the music slowly changes to this intro.

Habanera is not a jumpstyle track. And how can you say that without jumping they are nothing? In England maybe... Because England forgot about them in the past few years, and when they came up with this jump stuff, they have became the biggest stars in the UK. In other parts of Europe it's different... true fans love them since the beginning. They were always on the top! Older songs like "Maria" or "Posse" or "Move Your Ass" are all great!

Thats not an exact song! It is made by the guys for the intro. They never use exact songs as an intro. Here they use Carmina Burana as you can hear that, but they have never used an exact song as an intro before! :)
