They numb you up very good, I promise you it will not hurt. The only pain you will feel is a little sting from the needle that they numb you with, and you might be a little sore afterwards.

Ok, I got my teeth pulled out yesterday. Before I was searching through YouTube and everyone was saying that it HURT LIKE HELL. I was super nervous since I was getting two unloose teeth pulled, one in the back and one in the front.

I'm 14 years old.

I HATE needles and when I saw the shot to numb my mouth, I CRIED like hell.

But when they finally injected me like 6 times and pulled my teeth out, I didn't feel ANYTHING.

It doesn't freakin hurt! AT ALL!

I was so embarrased when it was done.

LOL! No, there's nothing to worry about! =] Take it from me, who gets scared over a tiny needle! Two pieces of advice though: One, don't look at the shot. Cuz then you'll freak out like I did and in the end you'll look stupid. Two, if you can feel when they pull your teeth then tell the dentist. You shouldn't feel anything!

When I was five, I got my front teeth pulled out because there was a hole in the middle,so about 3 helpers have to grab by hands and feet to keep me still then they have to give me a numb shot through my gum I was screaming so loud that the people outside could hear me.

after that they had a tweezers to pull it out. I was crying and screaming.

Boy right now I don`t have to go to the dentist because I keep my teeth heathy.

I had it once, i didnt feel the pain either, from my point of view, the reason we didn't feel pain as the nerve also got pulled out which i think cause the pain

well you didn't feel the pain because the tooth and the surround gum area was anesthetized. the nerve that caused the pain is contained within the tooth that is infected/unsaveable so yeah, after removing the tooth the pain goes away (except for some post-operative pain that lingers for a couple days from the tender gums).

It gets less painful as you grow up. I was 6 when i got my first shots for things and i cried for a whole hour. 6 years later however i went back to get the same stuff i hardly felt a thing.

I tried that and it hurt to freakin bad. Also it caused the tooth to fuse to the bone and eventually part of the root had to be left in.
