I have to admit, Victini MAY be a pain in the *** to catch, but he DOES know V-Create (if you got him during the Christmas thing). Except in Pokemon Black (I have both Pokemon Black and Pokemon White. I cleared Pokemon White) he is IMPOSSIBLE to use due to restarting the (used, I got Pokemon Black used) game.

After seeing 1:27, I think it's worth noting that the movie event Victini -- once it comes out, of course -- has access to V-create, a Fire-type move that has the highest base power out of any existing Pokemon move at a massive 180. And that's without factoring in STAB, held items or super-effectiveness. You'd better "start taking it seriously" if you don't want to melt when someone throws a movie Victini at you.

Think about it. Victini is the first (well, "zeroith") Pokemon in the Unova Region, and Mew is the last Pokemon in the Kanto Region.

er, the equivalent of Jirachi, Celebi, Manaphy, and Mew.

@djmiles099 actually the original story was mew was supposed to be the first Pokemon. victini is supposed to have been a very rare uncontrollable energy source and they figured just isolate it.
