It should be illegal for the anyone to take pictures of other people's children without a signed consent. Just like in the United Kingdom. I was about to take a pic of my own kids in England and was stopped by a store clerk because there were other kids in the background and it is a very strict crime over here.

this is fucked. Paps all have to do their jobs so it's not their fault but do they have to take pictures of celebrities babies and husbands?? Shouldnt that be illegal? So if Gwens out with her mom, the paps can take photos of her mother too? Thats BS.
