@TitanXan Shallow depth of field, its an inherent feature of large aperture prime lenses its used in nearly every Movie/TV show to some extent sometimes a lot! usually to bring the viewers attention to the object in focus by blurring the background & foreground. its also used as an impressionistic/artistic shots.

@TitanXan P.S. on fast prime lenses, thats not a feature you can turn off. there fast for taking pictures as the Aperture of the lens is huge which also results in a really shallow focal length . which to 95% of people looks really really good! & desired by professional Video & photographers alike.
