I flew from Kuala Lumpur to Brunei what impresses me most apart from the prayers was as we descended into Brunei they played Over the Rainbow. Brunei is a beautiful country the people are very welcoming, and its obvious the Sultan of Brunei takes great pride in his people and his country. I cant wait to go back.

I had a good experience with Royal Brunei (from Singapore). I especially miss the food they serve .. the rice, mushroom and chicken gravy.

Although I had a delay of about an hour or so, on the way to Brisbane, and that we were kept uninformed about why it was delayed (although all the passengers are seated), I didn't mind because we were calmed down by the steward(esses)s. I had an excellent stewardess down my aisle, meeting passengers' demands with prompt.

I made this landing on a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777 a few months ago. Same weather conditions. But the touch down at Brunei was magical as I have lived their for 5 years in my childhood and it was the first time I got back there since. Gotta love Brunei!!

Oh yeah. I flew Royal Brunei Airlines quite often in the time I lived there. I always enjoyed Royal Brunei. Quality airline. Back then at least, wouldn't know how they are doing now. I heard they were having some financial problems, but as far as I know Brunei doesn't have to worry about finances! :)

RBA is a very good airline, flew with them back from Borneo all the way to heathrow, the 767s had on demand video and were very well maintained, and to be fair, the 767s have to fly for upto 10 hours at a time, landing and resting in a Tropical Climate, which would limit the reliability of even the lastest aircraft Good video :)

nope tis is Royal Brunei's older version of the B767-300ER.. They use the B763ER for flights like SYD and such.. There is a B763ER with newer Economy and Business class and tat would be a common sight for flights to LHR and FRA..
