How do you get the secret tape at venice beach for pc. I've been trying forever, but can't get enough speed. I use the quarter pipe or whatever on top of that structure and jump off of the vent gap. None of my specials seem to work either on my pc game.

Once you get to full speed, use one of the circular tables on the ground below to launch to the wire. The hard part is aiming it.
