  • Wow, you have a really good frontbend AND backbend. That's really unusual!

    Have you ever tried to see how far down your back you can push your leg if you put only one leg back there at a time? Can you get it down below your opposite armpit....or further? You make it look really easy so I'm betting you could probably do it...

  • O, I see what you mean! Yes i have tried that, i haven't tried it recently, but when i did i didn't get too far, haha. But i will try sometime when i haven't just eaten. :)

  • Really? You look like you could get pretty far comparede to most people! I think part of the trick is to make your back and neck as straight as possible, and yeah, don't do it right after eating (unless you've got a barf bowl handy!!!) :-)
