Have you ever tried to see how far down your back you can push your leg if you put only one leg back there at a time? Can you get it down below your opposite armpit....or further? You make it look really easy so I'm betting you could probably do it...
O, I see what you mean! Yes i have tried that, i haven't tried it recently, but when i did i didn't get too far, haha. But i will try sometime when i haven't just eaten. :)
Really? You look like you could get pretty far comparede to most people! I think part of the trick is to make your back and neck as straight as possible, and yeah, don't do it right after eating (unless you've got a barf bowl handy!!!) :-)
