1. Make a counter weight yourself.

2. Buy a Duncan Freehand, it comes with the counter weights. I don't know whether Duncan sells the counter weights by itself though.

Not really, maybe if you want a kind of crappy yoyo... if you want to spend a little bit more, buy a yoyo factory 08 888 or a GM or a G5

those are all amazing non responsive yoyos

but make sure you Buy a KK Bearing and clean it in thinner before you start playing

Hallgrimur the Dark Magic is perfectly fine for what you need. its a Really Really good yoyo i have one. so if you want a cheaper but very good yoyo get the dark magic.
