I remember when they built Pebble Notch in 1970. The homes started at $90,000. And to think that these homes were built on a farm. I was sorry to see that farm go. To think that my father built a 5 bedroom colonial on Winter Lane in 1963 for $33,000. I still can smell the rotting cabbage in the fields just before Thanksgiving.
