YOU GUYS!! TO MAKE THE UPDATE WORK YOU MUST RUN THE ACTION REPLAY IN ADMINISTRATION, THEN IT WILL WORK, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT I DID THAT AND IT WORKED (left click on the mouse and click run as administration)
