I'm kinda glad a lot of people didn't like this movie, otherwise George Lucas would go back and redo it with CG twenty times and rerelease it again and again

Im 31 years old and i love this movie. As a kid will watch it over and over. I just bought the DVD from Walmart for $5 bucks. People say this movie was stupid, i disagree it was one of the best movies of the early 90's

I Loved This Movie! My dad took me to see it.

It's about a DUCK from space. What did people expect? Close Encounters???

Never understood the hate. My dad didn't like it but in the theatre he was laughing at all the jokes. This taught me everything I needed to know about the sheep mentality.

It failed because people didn't pay to see it, but MOST people (who didn't see it )said it was bad.???

They just accepted the critic's reviews and waited to watch it for cheap on cable.

I feel comfortable admitting that I really love this movie. I agree with George Lucas when said that it was going to be a movie that people would love years after it was made. It's timeless.

and in march of 09, they finally released it, which is why im waiting for movies like this to come out on region 1 blu ray or dvd because otherwise its not as great. the soundtrack is also amazing to this day and me and howard share the same birthday of all the other super heroes in existance, i geuss i share a destiny or spirtual link to Howard

But he doesn't seem to think so. I mean come on, Labyrinth is a cult classic film and Lucas isn't ashamed of that. With Howard the Duck, he's ashamed. I'm sorry but a wisecracking duck has nothing on David Bowie as a Goblin King.
