Everyone gives the french a bad rap but if you consider the fact that they were bordering the best army the world had seen than wouldnt even an average army look like crap when fighting them. The british were in france at the time of the french invasion and did just as poorly. now my regards for the italians is that they would of been better off an ally than axis, the were the cause for a 3 week delay of Operation Barbarossa, also if britain had been conected to europe thers no doubt theyd lose.

There is no doubt the SS were the ultimate fighting force, there was genuine fear in anyone who came up against the SS - why can't people look at this objectively, feel sorry for those German veterans who never did anyting criminal and never get honored for their bravery in battle.
