@wiimemo The WWE sent everyone home; the show was to be a mock funeral for the Mr. McMahon character, but they scapped those plans immediately upon learning what happened.
@CompoundSolutionsTV It was about that time in the Raw broadcast that the details began to surface. It's believed that seconds before Regal (live) took the air, JBL said something to the effect of "You don't really think he could go and kill the boy".
@Rugbyguy2010lucsboy yes but ur talking about days after they found them or found out they were dead were talking a couple hours after learning about benoit
@TerryB01 Yeah, dude, it's a fucking stellar match; Jericho performs the Walls on Benoit on the top of a ladder in addition to many other amazing spots. I'll see what i can do in terms of getting it within copyright bounds. YouTube didn't flag it until after it'd been up for a few months, so I'll try to tweak some things here and there so that everyone can finally see it.
@aannnnnieb I know. I saw a VSH of the match and it was AWESOME! Jericho talks about the match a bit in his "Undisputed" autobiography. Good luck with trying to upload the video again. Jericho mentioned the match during the 'Chris Benoit" chapter and says the time they showed it HERE.
My favorite spot in that match, regardless of went down, is, and will always be, Jericho hitting Benoit in the head with a steel chair when he dived after him. Samoa Joe can walk away, but Jericho hits ya!:D
@elfahad1 fuck vince? he did the right thing by not having the fans there. somehow i doubt any of the superstars would have wanted to compete the day after they all found out about the death of one of they're own.
Lol the Japs clapped everytime after a pin kick out lmao
