Its called extreme cricket player misconduct. Once you're commited to bowling a ball, and he HAD considering he already went to bowl it, you must bowl no matter what - otherwise its a disgrace. Like bowling underarm in that Australia vs New Zealand game where the Aussies didnt cheat, but it was against player conduct.

In any sport, mental strength is needed. Psychological tactics are very important and moreover, there is not rule in the rulebooks as such. For all you know Dilharo might have been under pressure (though I personally feel that is less likely..but hey you never know.)

I'm of Sri Lankan origin. England is just as capable a team as Sri Lanka. And they do have talented individuals. It's just that SL is doing something to pool all their talent into a whole collective effort. With some fresh planning and tactics England can do just as well.
