this is programming with gestures. it's basic communication but it is communication. everyone there is conditioned to raise their hands up to their head. the guy stands with his fingers in his ears, he gestures to his head a few times while talking to the rest. there aren't many ways to put your hands near your head so they all do the same thing.

it's very clever really. call it NGP neuro destural programming. probably more powerfull imho.
