its still pt panic, and incinerators is right next to it, the harbor patrol gives out tickets like candy for surfing panics, body surfing only!!!!

Nice classic surf film. Who's the surfer(s)? I was there is 1963 and went to live and surf on Maui in 1967/68. This clip brings back some great surf memories.
