I see it can either be viewed in "high quality" or "normal quality"... prefered the high over the normal, although the normal had a more calming effect if I used the headset, set at 5 of 10 on the volume scale. Next time I will monitor my blood pressure & heart rate, with medical personel on hand in case an adverse reaction occurs in the presence of all these electrical cords.
