  • Mine was The First Ride which I heard on CBC radio in 1989. I'm glad it made you smile.

  • This is my favorite Don Ross tune. You certainly did it justice.

  • Thanks IGY5758. I'm thinking of re-recording these "older" videos.

  • Is there any way i can get the tabs to this? :) thanks!

  • Nice vid! You play it well and your self-built guitar sounds truly wonderful on this one. A deep, warm and bright sound. Beautiful!!

  • Good song to be played at the beach... =D

  • i like this song! can you share a music sheet from this song?

  • I love to listen to you play guitar. I don't know why exactly, but you just play beautifully.

  • It's because I'm always nervous, make mistakes, and in a hurry to get the take down - just so I can breathe again.

  • Outstanding! I have always loved this tune, and you do it justice. Thanks for posting!

  • You're more than welcome.

  • Wow Warren !!!

Perfect and masterly like always !!

    best regards,

    wolfgang

  • Hey Wolfgang thanks! If you haven't already - check out Practicing Petite Etude. It's played on the classical I made. It's amazing how mature the sound is in one year!

  • once again warren beautiful good job dude.

  • Thanks guy. It was a quick and dirty, but the idea is there.

  • allways higher.. well done might, keep on playing. ;-) André

  • Thank you, will do.

  • For a stringbox with cobwebs on it, it sure sounds open. No 'cold' at all. Again, you have given us something wonderful to listen to; both the tune and the instrument. If I did what you did, I'd be quite proud of myself:)

  • The cobwebs were about the tune. It'd been a long time since I'd played it.

  • THIS Is AWESOME Warren! Iwould love to see you still pull -OFF SISTER SOUL FOR all HEDGES WANTED BE"S THERE's knowbody out there doing. BUT I THINK YOUR THE ONE TO GET JOB DONE! WHEN are you going to put out your own CD? I WOULD BUY IT!

  • Sister Soul? Darn, I thought I was going to slip by without posting that one.

  • Oh Gash thats good =D! As always superb playing, and I really like the sound of that guitar. Never heard this song before, really emotional and melodic, thank you for showing it to me = ).

  • No worries. The harmonics are a tad sloppy but it was just another one-take mess-terpiece.

  • Great work, Warren! Thanks for adding that to your impressive collection. Sure looks like fun to play; I'll have to learn it.

  • You're welcome. Thanks for suggesting it. I had to break the cobwebs off this one

  • great job!!

  • Dude, you are on the ball! You're supposed to say "FIRST!"... apparently... Ha!
