we just clocked my buddys all stock ltr 450 with a small rider and only got 68 mph so who ever said 75 has no idea lol with mods i can see 75 but all stock no way unless its down hill with wind haha

What do you need top speed on a quad for? You defiantely don't need it when racing, considering you should be worried on 1-3 maybe 4th.
