im straight so maybe someone can enlighten me, but why are some gay people flamboyantly gay, while other gay people aren't noticeably gay?

@dbacksfan2, speaking as a gay man, if I could take a stab at answering your question...

I don't think there is a positive correlation to masculinity/femininity and sexual orientation. Some gay and straight people are more feminine, and some gay and straight people are more masculine. When you get down to it, the only thing that makes a person gay is the fact that the person is attracted to the same gender, and that's it - otherwise, we are all the same, and that makes sense to me.
