@jimmy2k4o season 8 did suck but 9 was awesome due to clark finally putting on the S on his shirt,Zod,and a cameo from a shitload of DC characters and the fight between clark and zod at the end.Plus Oliver and Chloe were fucking and everybody including me liked that way more than her and fake jimmy or davis,Season 10 is ok so far just lots of filler episodes right now

It neatly opens up the future though. I can see it: Clark feels responsible for Jimmy's death, watches over his little brother like his own and viola, Superman's best pal is born!

Two important things about this scene: (1) We learn that Jimmy is NOT the Jimmy Olsen from the comics; he is Henry James Olsen, and his little brother is the real Jimmy Olsen. (2) Why the heck hasn't Chloe met her dead husband's brother before now? LOL.

The reason Clarke didn't want to be with the main funereal is because he feels responsible for Jimmies death.

It was Clarke who wanted to separate Doomsday from Davis when in the end it was Davis who actually killed Jimmy, not the beast inside of him.

As a result Clarke has now lost faith in humanity hence him leaving after talking to Chloe in the Watchtower.

I have every reason to think this Clarke is the "real" Clarke.

Don't forget that Lois is missing..and they don't know where she is. So build that on feeling guilty on jimmy's death and being wrong about separating Doomsday and Davis. Also he's still having trust issues too...Oliver betrayed him and well Chloe kind of did kept secrets from him. Justice League is kind of messed up now. That's why Clark is on this dark path now. He doesn't trust anybody, he has guilt for what happened, and people who he cared about is either missing, dead, or lost everything,

It's a theory but I don't think you can make that assumption just because she was touching her stomach.

It would also be pretty weird and wouldn't make much sense if it was Jimmies seeming Chloe and Jimmy hadn't seen each other for months prior to the watchtower so it would be logically impossible for them to procreate.

Then again Alison Mack is only signed for one more season so the writers are going to have to write her of the show somehow anyway.
