@zeetek007 The best upright pianos can often sound like good quality grand pianos. When when has the money, but does not have the space, buy the best quality upright piano that is available.
@alterman156 Yes I agree, they take up less space however I thought that uprights had an acoustical disadvantage when compared to a grand? Never any less I much prefer the sound of uprights and I especially love the honky tonk/tack piano sound.
great to show how to buy a piano. but what about all those people who not beable to use a acoustic piano becuse they live in department and neigbours would hate to hear. so please made a video hoe to find a digitalpiano that is so close to a real piano. I have spend hours of made a youtubechannel to show how a piano works
@casioPX500L For those people who cannot have an acoustic piano because they either live in an apartment or a small house, buy the most realistic sounding digital piano that is available within your budget.
@alterman156 yes. I have find that Kawai med a real keyaction with realwood in both white and black keys . RM3 keyaction. kawai CA13,CA63, CA93, MP-10. to affordable price. yamaha avantgrand N1,N2,N3 or GT-2 has same keyaction like a real piano but are fo expensive.
Excellent advice. Perhaps next time you could make a video that zooms the camera on the areas of interest that you are talking about. A beginner might not know the technical terms you refer to. i.e. me. :p
Did you restore this piano yourself it looks in great shape

Helpful, but you might consider re-recording with better sound quality.

I wonder, do you use a historic temperment or equal temperment when your piano is tuned?
tnmtemerity 3 years ago
I used the equal tone temperment which is quite suitable for any piano built during the 1900 - 1930 time period.

how much does it cost to replace 2 hammers?
mongess 3 years ago
It is all according to the amount of time the technician needs to spend putting the hammers in.
