I turned 58 last week. Professional Dancer/Trainer, who developed spinal problems 3 yrs ago, hardly walking. 2 mths ago...determined to win, started training myself w/schedule,strength training/walking on the beach. Tough workout w/400 crunches-regular/reversals/etc­. Weighed 140 when began. Weight now 120! Can run up stairs. Full split on floor and side standing on one leg. We can do many things if we let go of fear and determined. Rocky is my inspiration also. My new theme song!!
