that biceps training with dumbels omg lol, keep your back straight... you can damage it... but if you think u r doing it in a right way, just never mind.
@KasperHmz you are completely right, but consider that i'm using such a low weight that I don't even feel it. Anyway, I stopped doing that and it was quite irresponsible from me to do upload this with such a terrible technique.
how did u gain muscle mass how much carbs + protein did u take ?
