  • Dude, its been over a year since you posted an update. Have you kept making progress?

  • So you say, no cardio is needed to lose weight? It seems you mean it that way. Lower caloric intake, one gramm of protein per lbs of weight (170g of protein for 170 pound man/woman) and weight training.

  • @KasperHmz you are completely right, but consider that i'm using such a low weight that I don't even feel it. Anyway, I stopped doing that and it was quite irresponsible from me to do upload this with such a terrible technique.
