This video is taken from a Lebanese program like two years ago. The prog. was shot in Lebanon and used to host celebrities, in this particular episodes they hosted Sabah Fakhry. So basically all people you see here are Arab Lebanese not Americans disguised as Muslims. But regardless of that, what's wrong in people dancing for a singer who knows how to make them happy and jump to their feet?

I think it's totally legitimate and up to the director's discretion not Sabah Fakhry's.
