great video and this professor knows his stuff....i did instrumentation engineering from karnataka and my instrumentation department did not had a clue about instrumentation and the pity was no instruments in our lab ..........i hope standard should increase in indian engg colleges other thn IIT
ok, the lecture its been made with a big efford, but, I think that in diagram at minute (24:23) there is an error, because the mesurement for a feedback controlled system should be allways at the ouput, not in the imput. Other wise, there is no chance that sensor "knows" if the controll action was enough. That is my opinion, and off course I can be wrong.
@papiroazul while the pressure tap is physically upstream of the valve, the pressure at the tap is affected by the state of the valve (that is to say the tap measures the result of the valve change); as a result, this is still an example of feedback control. The cause and effect rather than upstream and downstream dictate what is considered an output in this case.
Dear all give me advise that my friend want to make cds copy and want to share it with engg. students in pakistan institute, what will be the rule of copy right in other country. please advise me as I will forward to him valuable advise
I am very happy to see this video. Thanks for posting it. I have used Cad (electrical & instrumentation) for 17 years (drafting for and Engineering Company) I did not get out into the field that much because my supervisor used my CAD strengths. Is there a video that you have made that could help me understand the things I draw. I will continue to watch. I have taken courses; however, that was years ago. As of now, working for a different company & they are expecting a greater performance. Thanks
