  • What is the 'imagery' process you talk about at the end? please explain?

  • @CountofMC Because the inhalation is done so quickly, it happens both through the mouth and the unplugged nostril. The attention is on the exhalation.

  • i would like to say this first of all kundalini is not below... mulandhara means the first to come out or the base.... so as a human or wen we are born the base and the first to come out is the head.... and there for mulandhara is at the head and the kundalini is not the 6 places from the spine to head but the 6 stages... and one omre thing.. pls dun breathe forcefully with the mouth and nose closed as it will blust the veins in the eyes

  • The second part first. And you have done this to yourself? Even a little practice means that you always push the breath out when the nostril is open.

The first part. You can choose any structure you want to view the universe (or the illusion). The real question is how does that view make you happier? Or even what benefit do you derive from that outlook?

  • Wow, I feel relaxed yet full of vitality. Thank you for sharing these breathing techniques, you opened a door for me that I had yet to explore!

  • What this practice does is clear out the 2 main nadis, the Ida and Pingala. In the process, a clearing is started on the other nadis that are blocked but impinge on the the 2 main ones. That is why you feel so good after doing the practice. The PRANA Water works from the other end, clearing the nadis that are blocked, so that the energy in the 3 main channels is free to travel all the time. Imagine feeling full of vitality all the time. That is the precondition for the Kundalini to blaze up.
