Martin Luther advocated for burning down Jewish synagogues, calling the Jewish house of worship "an incorrigible whore and an evil slut". He argued Jews's schools be set on fire, their prayer books destroyed, rabbis forbidden to preach, homes razed, and property and money confiscated. In his tract "On the Jews and their lies", Luther writes "(Christians) are at fault in not slaying them" for avenging the death of Jesus Christ.
If Protestantism is "the way, how come the is one Catholic church and 5000+ denominations? Who leads you? Whom do you go to for the hard interpretations-- 5000+ leaders?
Then I pray that same Pope will apologize for the persecutions of the Protestants and acknowledge them as fellow Brother & Sister in Christ and do away with the heresies of the Catholic Church once and for all.
I pray for the Catholic faith, that one day, a Pope may arise, who says, "I am not the Vicar of Christ, nor has any Pope ever replaced Jesus' authority & presence here on Earth" and that that Pope will have the courage to mend the Church and bring it back to its Orthodox roots, and join the Orthodox Church and allow its Priests to marry.

There are no lies to expose here. I quoted history and you failed to read the information correctly.
I can easily expose your lies without even breaking sweat. Luther was NOT the first to translate the New Testament into German. There is ample evidence for the general use of the entire vernacular German Bible in the fifteenth century.[2] In 1466, before Martin Luther was even born, the Mentel Bible, a High-German vernacular Bible was printed at Strassburg.
Lovely-not. Now please explain why Luther removed certain books from the Bible which are referred to as the deuterocanonical books and in doing so broke the commandment in Deut 4:2. I think it is because these holy verses contrdicted his own man-made interpretation. Think, think, think
"You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you." ~Deut. 4:2
"Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it." ~Deut. 12:32
"Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. Do not add to His words; lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar." ~Prov. 30:5,6
"For I testify to everyone who hears the words of this prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues of this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." ~Rev. 22:18,19
You all know that it was the Catholics that took out the Apocrypha as well? Or atleast someone in line with them. It's obvious the Jesus never had a wife and doesn't have a bloodline of decendants roamin the earth, but I believe we all should read the Apocrypha to, ourselves, dictate through the Spirit of Christ what is truly God-breathed or not...as for the changing of words by the Catholics...........
"Either this (the original Greek manuscripts) is not the Gospel, or we are not Christians" (Dr Thomas Linacre)
"And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep." (1 Corinthians 15:17-20)
It could be wrong to say that The Church doesnt want anybody to to other Bible than the Latin, history tells that a lot of vernacular Bibles are already in circulation by the Church before the first english portestant bible, what infuriated the Pope could be because it was a trimmed bible, less 7 books.
The Vandois made a faithful translation to Latin (Old Latin or Latin Vulgate Bible) from the uncorrupted manuscripts from Antioch.
Jerome Bilbe (The Roman Catholic Vulgate) however, made his bible from the corrupted manuscripts found in Alexandria (home of many worldly philosophers).
The Vandois Bible (Old Latin Bible) was used to spread the Gospel throughout the world.
Thank you friend. The second part had the music file taken away so it will be replaced soon - I thought BMG allowed their stuff on YouTube. One of the larger companies does. Enjoy the rest of the series.
Great video and music! Thanks for posting its very helpful and very much needed, i'm also now going to follow up on some history readings of the church. I am thankful to read the scriptures for myself and in my language. Thank you fighters for The Word of God you are now in heaven with Jesus :) May God continue to bless you richly Prophecy Channel!
Please re-read my post. I said there were 66 in the Protestant Canon and I never said it was missing 6 books. I said it was missing seven books. Now, you say that they "did not merit as verifiably inspired..." Yes. And what yardstick did the Protestants use to "verify?" They went to the 90 A.D. Jamnia Jews and followed their lead. And these Jews are "blind guides." If you want to follow them, go ahead. I am with Peter.
The Protestant book is not a Bible, since it is missing seven books of the Bible. There are 66 books in the Protestant collection. 6 is the number of incompleteness in the bible. Also, you follow the Jews of 90 A.D. who set a canon for themselves. These same Jews were "enemies" of the "gospel," "blind guides," "brood of vipers" and the "synagogue of Satan." And you follow THEM?!?!? Martin Luther said the only reason Protestants have the Scriptures is because of the Catholic Church.
Actually you are incorrect. The current Protestant canon consists of 66 books. The "missing" books you are speaking of are not 6 in quantity, but 14 and called the Apocrypha.
The Geneva and KJV originally contained these books. The Apocrypha did not merit as verifiably inspired scripture and around the 1880's was removed. They are still considered text to be read in many circles but not "God Breathed" Scripture.
2 Peter 1:20 "knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation." (ESV)
2 Peter 1:20 "knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation," (NKJV)
The Catholic Church does not teach error. She cannot! Why? Because Jesus promised the assurance of the Holy Spirit to lead the Chuch into all truth, the FULL Truth! The Pope is infallible when it comes to teaching of faith & morals in the Church. Matthew 16:17
Thanks for posting this very informative video. It is true these people were martyrs who fought for the right to interpret the scriptures without been persecuted by the corruption in the catholic church. Excellent. God Bless you.
Brother, this is awesome.. Also, you have amazing editing skillz.. :) I needed to see this and will re-watch again in a few minutes to grasp all the information fully.
Thank you my friend. I am hoping to have Part II published later today or early tomorrow.
The final video of the series will end up discussing modern Bible translations and their good and bad points - which are literal and which are "phrase by phrase" translations...and which are just plain terrible : )
"Go read your bible" - that's exactly what people need to do. I am a firm believer in ALL scriptures being inspired by God - look how much trouble people went through to make them available to us!
i didnt pause for anysec excellent timings;))))

Luther was the Jews useful idiot.
Luther made promises to Rabbis and vice versa.
When they betrayed him, he wrote his JEWS AND THEIR LIES garbage.
But the damage was done.
Luther also tried to omit James and did omit several books of the Old Testament, approved by Jewry.
These books were used to convert Jews.

Praise God for His mercy.

It could be wrong to say that The Church doesnt want anybody to to other Bible than the Latin, history tells that a lot of vernacular Bibles are already in circulation by the Church before the first english portestant bible, what infuriated the Pope could be because it was a trimmed bible, less 7 books.
romcath 2 years ago
The Bible being in Latin wasn't the real issue.

@LiquidSmooth But the knowledge of it through the work of the RC Vatican was lost to the mass of people.

I am with Peter.
deliveringit 3 years ago
I apologize as "6" was a typo.
The reason for what books are and are not included in the canon are to many to list here.
Peace be with you
ProphecyChannel 3 years ago
The Protestant book is not a Bible, since it is missing seven books of the Bible. There are 66 books in the Protestant collection. 6 is the number of incompleteness in the bible. Also, you follow the Jews of 90 A.D. who set a canon for themselves. These same Jews were "enemies" of the "gospel," "blind guides," "brood of vipers" and the "synagogue of Satan." And you follow THEM?!?!? Martin Luther said the only reason Protestants have the Scriptures is because of the Catholic Church.
deliveringit 3 years ago

Thank you my friend. I am hoping to have Part II published later today or early tomorrow.
The final video of the series will end up discussing modern Bible translations and their good and bad points - which are literal and which are "phrase by phrase" translations...and which are just plain terrible : )
ProphecyChannel 3 years ago
"Go read your bible" - that's exactly what people need to do. I am a firm believer in ALL scriptures being inspired by God - look how much trouble people went through to make them available to us!
Thanks for posting!

You bet...and thanks for commenting. But ahead of us will be more persecution. The Reformation was just a battle amongst a war.
