If you look closely you can't see a rope at the end, I think the tractor pulled it out just, and they both drove off at the end. If he turned it off before he hit the water it would be fine!

@radiostarcountry dont even have to shut it off. air filter usually restricts water flow enough that the engine will just sputter due to lack of air and shut down most of the time. Pull spark plugs and air filter then turn it over, then drain oil and put new oil in, replace spark plugs and air filter and away you go. Old air filter will be fine after it dries out as well.
