I have been a huge fan of dada since I first heard Puzzle, played in a stereo store being used to demonstrate some high end speakers in the 1990s.!! I have to say...they are perhaps the most underated band I could ever imagine. In a way they are more special to us fans, because they haven't become household words, or sold out...... Mike Gurley is one of the finest strat masters I have ever seen....the songs are smart , tight, and get into your head, and never leave. Rock on guys !! randy

didn't they form a band with a new signer named butterfly jones?

Butterfly Jones was Michael and Phil's side project. They made one album in 2001 called Napalm Springs when Dada sort of broke up for a while. It's an album worth buying. Great collaberation between Mike and Phil. At the time Joey went to Seattle to live with his girlfrind and child. I think him and Mike had a sort of fallout, but then they sorted it out and are still rocking.
