I think it's just the cross that Orthodox Christians use: the other bar is the sign above Jesus' head (INRI).

it's a Catholic Service, it's an archiepiscopal cross meaning the man saying mass is an Archbishop

Orthodox Cross are three, the plate for INRI, the cross bar for the arms, and the third and misaligned one for the place He rested His feet
