I'm not sure how you got your info himynameissudip, but the fact that Army tours are 1+ year compared to the Marine average of ~8 months is in no way a good thing. The Marines have shorter tours because they know that to keep up combat effectiveness breaks are necessary. This does not make them weaker. It allows them to do their job longer without the adverse mental and physical side effects that are becoming rampant among Army personnel. The USMC and Army do two very different jobs in combat.

Fuck the Marines, go Army. Their combat tours are twice as long as the Marines. Soldiers fight the war, Marines are just tourists that help out when they want to.
