Hmmm getting these job exclusive emotes when the game is about to be stopped developing is just really sad...

imo the only jobs who got lots of love with the emotes are blm, drk, nin, smn, blu and cor *0*

rdm, pld, drg, rng, sam and pup are just meh

@Dekkarra SE ppl said they won't introduce anything else after they raise level cap to Lv.99 because they'll be focusing on FFXIV... you see WoTG storyline will finally be completed with last abyssea expansion :(

@Poshako lol dont know where youre getting ur info from but this game is not ending anytime soon. FFXIV will end before this one does.

@MostEpicPwn They stated that in the Vanafest in Japan when they announced they were going to increase level cap to 99. And what I meant is that they won't upgrade it anymore, not that they're going to close it afterwards. There's still tons to do like completing empyrean armor, level up more jobs, complete storylines, etc.

@Poshako Yeah... At Vanafest, they promised they would keep developing FFXI as long people are playing. The teams are divided on XI and XIV trying to make them both as successful as possible. Of course... They've got some work to do on one.

XI will continue though. There will probably be a few more DLC addons before we see another full blown one though. They're easier for the team to put out.

@Resolutechaos Yeah. Black Tri-Stars (Black Triple Star bat NM in Rolanberry) references Mobile Suit Gundam: 0079. The flag on the Samurai says Wind Forest Fire Mountain which references the Akira Kurosawa film Kagemusha (which relates to the late clan leader's war strategy: Horseman attack like the wind, Then a forest of lancers march in, then another round of horsemen attack viciously to finish everything off, while the unmoveable mountain of an clan leader sits and watches behind them.)

@Varizen87 ...Wind Forest Fire Mountain quotes ACTUAL battle flags that were used in old days in Japan, it's a reference to a passage from Sun Tzu's The Art of War: "Move as swift as a wind, stay as silent as forest, attack as fierce as fire, undefeatable defense like a mountain."

Either way, I do agree that RDM kinda got boned. I like THF's though, and NIN. MNK is going to be fun, hopefully the Aura stays on after you engage XD
