awesome riding ,i own a 96 blade [my third blade ive owned] i know the newer bikes can do everything better but they just lack the character of the older models.i believe the fireblade won the production bike series on the iom in 1996,i love em wouldnt want any other bike ,there fast enough ,handle well and look great.bloody magic.

very nice, see my videos for my newly aquired 1998 RRV.. I like it alot, having come from a 89 ZXR750 and before that an 87 600f and before that the cbr250r..

anyway, first where can I get those white instrument faces? I am stuck with the factory black and white items.. which bore me.. the white just looks good eh.

and second what have you done to your blade or is it factory? haven't had mine too long. has a fair bit of kit on the inside and matching parts to go with it still yours looks faster

yea interested in the speed and power yours seems to put down! mine has some tuning already.. doesnt seem to pull up as easy anyway unless your in first at those times? and I dont just have a muffler sort of tuning.. pistons, rods, carbs, airbox, intake/exhaust... all first stage/street but still producing more at the wheel

the mid 90's blades 96-99 are a cracking bike, great build quality,still pretty quick and now they're pretty cheap...i'd go for a 98-99 bike they've got the 17" front wheel wich makes buying sticky tyres easier and improves the handling.migh want a steering damper though cos they are TWITCHY as hell!!!
