Do You Have Constant Chest Tightness From Anxiety?

AWESOME video... very enlighting for anxiety sufferers.. thank you... I have chest tightness too and they aren't sure of the cause yet but just trying to narrow it down to see if it's anxiety!! I also have shortness of breath (CONSTANT)... not sure what your idea on this is... and I canj't phyiscally exert my body more than sitting pretty still... so I'm almost bedridden

Hmm chest tightness. I'm 20 now and I've been pestered by this problem for the past 4 years. It is really bothersome and limits my ability to perform adequately at many tasks. Oh man, what would I give to have it go away!

Hello,im a 38 year old male who has suffered with tightness in my chest for the past few months.

ive spoke to my doctor who told me my heart is fine and he told me and I quote "Your heart is fine,I promise you their is nothing wrong with you"

so why have I spent this whole night with chest tightness? it is now gone,I feel like such a fool,otherwise I feel great,even while i have this tightness,in other words i don't feel ill,just very tense,im so tired of feeling this way,please help!!

@holywar911 Well Im 32 and feel just as tonyurmate has described. Luckily, this video has helped me narrow down possible options/solutions.
