The Oz projct I most want to see again personally is DOROTHY IN THE LAND OF OZ, a TV special from the 1980s that was previously known as DOROTHY'S THANKSGIVING IN OZ. It features fabulous Japanese animation and was my introduction to the characters of Jack Pumpkinhead and Tik-Tok.
Rumor has it that it will be part of the honking big 5-disc set of MGM's Wizard of Oz to be released later this year. So far, no press release on special features.
I emailed Warner dvd last month and I was told that it's definitely part of set. They didn't know whether Dreamer was going to be an HD transfer like the film and original features, or just a standard def one...*fingers crossed for remastering**

Oh man, Dreamer of Oz was such an amazing movie. John Ritter and Annette O'Toole were great. I would buy it in a heartbeat if it were on DVD.
