I can’t see a copyright date on the record but, even with the outrageous Bono Extension (sounds like a male enhancement product, doesn’t it?) I think everything from about 1938 back is in public domain (I don’t have the energy to check the details, and it’s complicated; depends on whether they applied for an extension after 25 years and a bunch of stuff).
